Sparling Replacements

Sparling Replacements: Sparling is the brand of flowmeter the District first installed when enclosing laterals and replacing concrete weir boxes with flowmeter deliveries. Replacement parts are very costly, so the District has begun replacing them with our present day McCrometer meters. To date 18 have been updated. There are 132 still to be updated. We are upgrading 10 per construction season as time and budget permit.
